Service Conditions
Each customer on the pre-paid plan is allowed to add a total of three numbers; two numbers to call and one to text; none of the numbers can be repeated.
Post-paid customers are allowed five numbers to call and five numbers to text.
Calls and texts to the free local number are free irrespective of time of day, for customers already using the service and have not yet approached the anniversary date of subscribing to the service.
For customers who have achieved the anniversary of subscribing to the service, an addition year will be granted where calls should last no longer than five (5) minutes total each call. Where the calls lasts longer, the customer will be charged for the additional minutes at the existing plan rate.

Customers are allowed to change the number provided, all changes will be charged a fee of $100.00
For international calls to the USA, Canada and UK Fixed lines, customers need to have a minimum amount of $200.00 in any account/pocket at the time the customer tries to make a call, otherwise the call will be charged at the regular plan rate.
