Will the cellular coverage change?
Cellular coverage will be improved under Claro as customers will now be served by a more powerful network

 

 

Is roaming and/or coverage in the USA affected?
The implementation of the new network will drastically improve roaming services and/or coverage in the USA.

 

Will my service contract be cancelled or altered in any way?
Existing CDMA services will remain unaltered. However, customers who require their numbers to be migrated will have to cancel existing CDMA services and signup for GSM services.

 

If I switch from the MiPhone to the Claro network, will I have to change my phone number?
No. MiPhone customers who wish to switch to Claro have the option of using their existing phone number.
